They're superworms.  The larvae stage of the darkling beetle.
For the most part, their ratios are on average with a Ca:P ratio of 1:18.  Protein content is slightly lower than a cricket, but higher than a pheonix worm and their fat content is around 18 which is a little high compared to the other feeder options.

To better aid in the health of your dragon, no one feeder should be used exclusively, but instead a combination.  This elimates the actual "staple" clause.  Grin.  Naturally with the superworm, considering the fat content, you would feed signifigantly less compared to crix or roaches on average.

I'm actually interested in this conversation,,

My beardy won't eat anything but morios's ,so far everything has been fine she will eat the odd locust ,maybe 2-3 a week but other than that she doesn't really bother with them. She is not a big veggie eater either.I used to be pulling my hair out worrying about her not eating her greens but it seems she is just a picker. She will only eat spring greens and even then it's rare and she mainly eats morio's.
Im now after seing this post thinking is this bad? (but i have had no problems)

Balance is the ticket here.
You've got to balance the diet of your pet for it to be a healthy eater..
No different than teaching a child how to eat the right foods..

Maybe if you pull the morios and only offer them After the locust are consumed might help.
Keeping those worms to a minimum in the long run would be the best bet.

There are reptile keepers from way back that do know how to balance diets a whole lot better than I do, and know how to compensate the phosphorus in the morio with other foods or supplements.
