sorry im new to this whole bearded dragon thing. I was just wondering what is the best substrate to use for a bearded dragon?

tiles, newspaper, lino any non particle substrates so nothing dragon can injest ive heard of people using reptile carpet not a fan myself i prefer tiles but they do say its ok as long as it isnt sand and things like that

just as asmaa said but once they get a little older suitable sands can be used but they are quite messy.

Reptile carpet is fine for a dragon of any age. The only issue with it is that it absorbs waste so it must be cleaned and/or replaced often. In my opinion sands and other particle substrates should never be used. They're very unsanitary, and some are actually very dangerous.
