hiya every1

OK well dieago seems to get his mouth suck together i noticed it a couple of weeks ago when he wasn't eating so i took it all off it was like a gooey gunk once i wet it it went really soft and easy to come off but now he is getting it every 3rd day do bds just get that or is that an illness Sad  should i take him to the vet ?

update: dieago has all his mites off him and now is back into his old viv just went in tonight all happy again !

any1 had this before ? and could help a wee bit ? thanks

Is he doing anything else? A clicking when he eats or takes a breath? Anything at all out of the norm? Personally, if it were my dragon, I'd head to the vet.

i agree this isn't something to be over looked get some veterinary advice and as we cant see the lizard it would be hard for use to tell you the exact problem and cure.

he seems normal other than that really but ill take him to the vet and let you know how he got on thank you

gooey as in clear liquid or gooey as in off colored, and stringy.
Good call on the vet appt.  If you can find chlorhexadine mouth rinse and apply it, it should take care of the issue now, but it does need diagnosed by the vet.
