Bearded dragon making eyes bulge?

Hi i was just sitting in my room when i noticed one of my Bearded Dragons Zeus doing something really odd, he was sitting by the door of his vivarium when he closed his eyes and for some strange reason they kind of started to bulge out of their sockets! His eyes were still closed but they looked like when a person pops their out his/her eyes temporally sockets and then pop them back in if you know what i mean. But as i was saying i then went over to his vivarium and opened the door and they went back in again!

I don't know if this is normal behavior but none of my lizards have ever done it before?

It's normal. They typically do it to loosen the skin around their eyes for a shed.

oh ok well it worked because he has just gone into shead thanks, strange i have nether seen any of my bearded dragons do it before.
