i was looking at heat mats just wondered if the heat gets thru the tiles easy enough and as some wires are visable what happens if leos poop on it it would be my luck they would do this

how much can we tell im used to spiders and dragons and not  leos lol

lol... It's fine.. I placed the heat mat under the aquarium, and it does seem to warm that side where I have the hides.. through the glass and the tiles. 

Leos are fairly easy.  Feed em.. clean up the waste matter.. and just let them be..
Not too much different than the spiders...

LOL the spiders need cleaning maybe once every six months no waste they excrete small little crystels that are hardly even noticable they are the easiest of all pets ever plus you dont need to get them tame most are happy to be alone in a tank im thinking leopards will not appreciate that little care i may become the worst leo owner ever lol

ive enquired about a custom wooden viv size i need just need the money as its costing £55 so around $100 then its tiles heat mat hides im rather looking forward to this i just may need rob a bank to get the money to get started other things i can get slowly as long as i have my basics and get the temps and everything right and i get some thats tame id hate to be bitten

Even if they bite.. they will only leave a very tiny impression on your skin.. lol... Mine sometimes nab me when I don't have my hand in the right angle when putting in their meal worms.. and they catch me.. It doesn't hurt.. and it is kinda funny... lol

thats a relief altho im rather proud of myself ive not been bitten by anything yet unless we count the cat nibbling me when she wants fussing id kinda like to keep it that way lol i need to win lottery im excited about getting these now but i need the money lol
