Housing females?

So I'll start off saying that there's plenty of room in my current enclosure for more then one beardie.
I've heard various opinions on wether females can be housed safely together. I would like to hear from you guys what you think. If I did this I would have two basking areas set up as I think it would be a good idea
Then just one and having two females competing for heat....I'd like to know what might be some issues I'd run into...and how to introduce a second female to my set up? Thx everyone

I've done it several times. I don't recommend it. There are too many variables to consider.
Having dual basking sites is a good idea, but doesn't elimate the problem. The problem being territory. Each one percieves the entire space to be it's personal territory, resulting in the occurance of dominance. Dominant dragons intimidate their cage mates for food, heat, space and everything that is entailed. The very stress of the dominance sets off a rise in coccidia which can go very easily undetected and misinterpreted for relocation, brumation, stubborn eating habits, etc. Unwarranted treatment causes one problem, not treating a warranted problem creates the other. The biggest issue is aggression. Alpha females don't tolerate anything in their enclosure. They treat it as a intruder and their intent is to attack. That attack typically results in severe injury or death. And you just can't watch them 24/7.
