please can somebody give me a little advice as my bearded dragon elmo just seem to spend mosted of the day and night in bed can anybody please tell me why as am getting worried thanks

I suggest starting with our caresheet and making sure everything is in proper order for your dragon. Temps, UVB, hydration, and feeding can all make them behave as yours is doing.

I would have to agree there.  First make sure you have the right foods, lighting is very important as well.
