Hello an welcome!
I'm replying Tom my phone so I'll keep this rather short...
-Most dragons don't use a water dish but you could use it for greens
-I would order a zoomed reptisun 10.0 tube online, make sure your fluorescent controller will accept this.
-No need for a thermostat or the ceramic heater as long as your home stays above 68-70F at night (central heating)
-instead I would purchase an infrared point and shoot thermometer called a temp gun
-if you don't get a temp gun you will need a digital probe thermometer
-don't need a fancy store heating light, a regular incandescent household bulb will work fine, a dimmer is useful to dial in the right temp, 105-115F depending on what your dragon likes
