No need for the ceramic heater use a regular household bulb for heat unless you need extra heat at night.  As long as the room doesn't go below 65f at night during to night you don't need heating at night.
We generally recommend reptisun tubes for UVB, check online for a UK retailer.  How big is the tank/enclosure?
Also the day bulb is not needed, use a regular or halogen incandescent bulb for daytime heat.  Please be sure to check our caresheet stickied on the general forum for more info.  You're going to need an infrared temp gun or a probe style thermometer to check temps.

Thanks for your advice sorry im asking so many questions but wanna make sure i get it right plus i only out aside £70 for all the light and heat)

So i could just go out and buy (btw im ordering from netpetshop.co.uk)

A regular 60 watt household bulb for heat coz at night my room goes to about 70f

A regular 60 watt household bulb or a halogen incandescent bulb for the basking light(will Lucky Reptile Halogen Sun Mini-Spot Lamps be ok)

2 Euro Rep Reptile Spot Lamps Holders

Arcadia Dry Vivarium IP64 UV Tube Controllers-Arcadia Dry Vivarium UV Tube Controller 14/15W

Zoo Med ReptiSun 10.0 UVB 18in (15W) Reptile Tube Light

Lucky Reptile Deluxe Electronic Dual Thermometer

Will that be everything for the light/heating system???

Sounds good, depending on on the size of the enclose you may need a higher wattage bulb, I only need one basking light myself at 100W.  If you have a second dime light you want to use a heatless household energy saver coil bulb for additional light in the cool side of the enclosure.  I put my basking bulb on a dimmer to dial in the temperature.

Check to make sure your tube controller will fit the zoomed bulb.
