Repti-Glo?

Hey guys,

I just went and bought Saphira Repti-Glo 10.0, ive heard that they are bad and to shy away from them, but i have no other option.. Saphira is in a 20gal tank at the moment so it pretty much covers the span of the tank, i got her the compact version of it, seance my friend has been using the same thing with no problems wat so ever.. just wanted to hear your guys opinion! Thanks

Tube yes.. Compact no.

I hate to tell you this, but you wasted your money. All compact bulbs, no matter the brand, aren't adequate for a beardie. Reptiglo's aren't absolutely horrible but they're a long way from the best - in tube form. In compact form, they're pretty much just light bulbs.
