i have a problem the thermometers i have only go upto 115 df, is there such thing as too hot for my beardie? ihave turned the light on and its maxed the thermometer out so im unsure what the exact temp is.

If it only goes to 115* it's not a digital or a temp gun. Those are the only 2 types of thermometers that will give an accurate basking surface temp. Stick on and dial thermometers can be as much as 20* off in either direction. If the dragon is basking, it's not too hot - but it's important to get an accurate thermometer to be sure that they're getting adequate temps for digestion.
