you prob think am a rubbish owner and i shouldn't have one but am worried about him all i want is the best for him

I didn't mean to come across harshly, I just wanted to make sure you had access to all the great info in the caresheet. We love answering questions, so *never* feel ashamed to ask anything!
I'd also like to add that you are the best type of owner, one that really cares and seeks out answers. Unfortunately most owners just go by what the pet stores tell them or worse just neglect their animals.
We do not think you are a bad owner, we do know that people don't automatically know how to care for dragons, we were the same way at one point, you know.
The pink and bubbling could be serious, has he been scratching his face against anything? He may be bleeding. Give him a bath and see if that skin over his nose will loosen up. See if you can identify any scratch or damaged scales. If the shedding skin is taken off too early or is forced off the still developing scales underneath can be damaged and cause bleeding; is it possible that the shed came off too early? If so you can dab on some hydrogen peroxide on the wounded scale with a cotton swab (q-tip) to clean it up and apply a little antibiotic ointment to prevent infection. Please keep a close eye on that area and look for any signs of infection such as swelling or pus. If in doubt you may want a vet visit to diagnose and possibly prescribe some oral antibiotics for reptiles.
