Hi,

My Female Beardie "Yoshi" has suddenly become aggressive with me.
She has always been very laid back and by no ways aggressive in anyway,

I have had for about 1 and a half years and she has been handled by the whole family for the same amount of time.

Her set up is perfect and her food is ideal for her.

Basically this morning I went to get her out for her daily nose around the house and she puffed up, gaped her mouth and tuned in a way that said
"if you lift me up, I will mess you up"

A few debunks first - She is definitely Female,
Her temps are, basking spot (under reflector lamp) 36'c, cool end 27'c
                             Tank size 4ft x 1.5ft x 2ft
She eats Crickets gut loaded with Bug grub and covered with calci dust and nutrobal on alternative days (excluding Sunday).
She has fresh salad cocktails daily consisting randomly of "watercress, rocket, orange, apple, courgette, grapes,
                             leafy greens, carrot, pepper"
She has plastic vines, leafs, cacti and a basking branch/ log all on top of sand.

                                                                Huh PLEASE HELP Huh

have you checked her for infertile eggs?

It is most likely a phase.  Don't let linger, use some gloves, a towel or whatever you need to show her it doesn't work.

This may sound stupid but I'm 100% confident with a few tests.

I have a new bracelet which I put on just this morning, and well she seems to be scared of the strange engraving on it.

As crazy as this sounds I put my other hand in and she just climbed up on it like normal, as soon as the other hand comes in she just turns.
When I take it off she is instantly back to normal, I then held up the bracelet in front of her and she was a bit curiousbut when i turned it around so she could see the front with the engraving she tried to attack it.

I have had a feel for eggs, and pretty confident it's not that although she does seem to be digging more than normal.
If it was eggs how long before would she start digging? Would I already be able to feel them?

Maybe the reflection from the bracelet shines in her eyes or she can see her reflection and thinks it is another beardie. I am soory I cannot offer advice about how long after she digs she will lay. I know when I was concerned that my female had infertile eggs I set up a dig box (18 gallon rubber maid tote.)with a sand/soil mix 12" deep. I put a light in there to keep it warm and i was told to put her in there for a few hours at a time but she would just sit in it and give me a look like I was crazy. So I have it here just in case.
