I would suggest a house sitter to take care of your dragon while you're gone.  How old is he/she?  If it's an adult you only need someone to stop by once every 3 days or so.

Unfortunately I don't think such a thing exists.  You could try calling all the animal boarding houses to see if any of them would take a bearded dragon, but my gut tells me that none of them will.  If your parents will not allow one of your friends to have a key to drop in once a day to feed your dragon, then the only other option is to relocate your dragon/s and their enclosure/s to a friends house while you're away.  I wouldn't worry too much about their experience level, it's not like they are caring for a sick dragon.  Before you go on vacation choose a friend that is willing to do this for you and start having them come over to teach them how to feed your dragon, have them watch you and have them practice dusting and feeding.  You'll also need to provide money so they can buy fresh feeders.  Probably locusts there in the UK.  How long will you be gone?
