Separate them and don't allow them to be near each other again. The fighting can lead to missing body parts and death.

Thanks for the info.the only time they fought is when we put a new heat bulb in.could they have fought because the change in the environment

Anything can set it off, but once it starts it doesn't stop for very long. They're better off housed alone. Dragons are solitary animals, and housing together leads to breeding too early (death for the female in most cases), dominance/intimidation that causes failure to thrive, and fights that cause missing body parts or death.

I agree you really need to seperate them. The male will continually try to mate with the female even if she does not want to. I know its hard I have to balance my time now between my males and my one female but it is what has to be done.
