 Ex: how many crickets equal a say, one wax worm or superworm. I'm just wondering if I run out of crickets and have to fed him worms that day. How many worms would be the equivalent to 30 small crickets?

it's a little more complicated than saying 3-5 crix is = to 1 dubia roach when you're considering waxworms and supers due to the fat and protein content of the prey item.
Can you tell us how old your dragon is and the details of his set up? it helps in determining how well he will digest the prey items he ingests.
