I can visually see some things that, if changed, will help your baby grow and thrive.
First, as Janie said, separate them. Dragons are solitary animals that do best when housed alone.
Next, replace that reptiglo compact bulb (box is in the corner of the last picture) with a reptiSUN 10 tube. It'll need to span as much of the length of the enclosure as possible, and be within 6" of the basking surface.
Next, change their veggies. I see lettuce and carrots - neither are good for them, and the lettuce isn't providing nutrients. Stick with foods shown in green here
