I usually feed in a separate container. You could try, but not all dragons take to it right away. I've been lucky and only had one that I had to feed in her home. To remove them easily, remove as much of the "furniture" as you can before dumping the crickets in. Then you just have to chase them to the walls to grab them pretty easily. I really don't know of an easier way to do it.

My Dragon never took to eating outside her home so we have always fed her by removing all stick/decorations from her tank and dumping the crickets in with her...

We let her eat as much as she can in about 15mins then we get them out.

Petsmart wanted to charge a small fortune for their cricket catcher so I made a very cheap tube just like they use...

1 empty toliet paper roll and a lid from a poweraid bottle :

hot glue the lid to the top of the toilet paper roll covering one of the open ends....doesnt matter which end Smiley
let cool b4 use

Crickets love cardboard for some crazy reason so I drop it in my cricket tub about 20 mins b4 feeding my beardi. Then I take the roll out of the cricket tub and shake the crickets out of the tube into Morganas (my beardi) tank. When she eats all she wants I use the cricket catcher (toilet paper roll with lid) to scoop out the un-eaten crickets.

Very cheap and easy! And when the crickets chew holes in the tube I just make a new one Smiley

I hope this helps.... good luck
