Sickly Leopard Gecko!

So I was looking through craigslist as I often do and stumbled upon this guy.


The owner says he is 6 years old and still that skinny!  Im guessing malnourishment, so I am planning on contacting the owner and seeing if I can get the gecko just so I can give him a better home and try to get him fattened up.

My question for everyone could that possible be anything else that is supposed to be that thin?  If it is then I will just let the owner sell it, I am just trying to save him if it's a leopard gecko because I can just see he needs someone who knows what they are doing.

He may not be getting fed properly. I know Leopard Geckos have eye problems and don't always eat because they can't see the food properly. But being that you're not the original owner it might just be the amount of food its actually getting.
