im thinking about it, and i got hercules as a baby in 2006...which makes her 5? 6? either way i cant believe the time has gone by so fast ...ratchet is almost 3 ....where does the time go?

It's hard to believe they're both so grown up! A healthy dragon with good care usually lives 8 to 10 years. I've known some to live as long as 12 to 13, and I know one that's approaching 15 and not slowing down. My own Lady will be 13 in September, and while she's given me a couple of scares lately (especially this winter's brumation) she's still energetic and has a great appetite.

I know it seems like just yesterday i smuggled her into my house, she was so little and frail . shes doing well though, if i ever decided to actually breed her i know her egg count would be record breaking haha
