i just purchase a dragon 3m old i have a 20 gallon tank and can't control the humidity in one side of the tank the left side is 87f humid 59% and right side of tank where the basking lite is i think perf 115f humi 30%. But at night it is a mess the humidity goes 65% both side temp 90 and 85 with a red lite please help

Try turning off the red light. Temps can go as low as 65* f at night, and dragons need a completely dark cool down time. Humidity will probably level itself out, as well.
