One of my beardies passed what looked like pure blood last night. What could this be?

Could be a sign of parasites or even a prolapse.  I would strongly suggest a Vet visit.

lightening bugs are toxic.  no recovery.  so i doubt it.
it's severe dehydration, or parasites.
