Nearly 5 months ago I set a goal for myself - to go from a snug size 14 jeans back down to the 7/8 I used to wear. Today, I'm wearing a very comfortable size 7! 48 pounds, lots of inches, and LOTS more energy!
I know, this is extremely off topic - but all of you have celebrated life's wonderful blessings with me, cried with me over loss, and held me up through my divorce. I wanted to share with all of you!
