Both dragons should have healthy greens available all day, every day. http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html is a good chart to help you make healthy choices. The ones in green can be fed daily, the ones in black can be given in small amounts a couple times a week as a treat.
The baby should be fed all the live insects he/she wants in 15 minutes 2 or 3 times a day. This should equal at least 30 or more appropriately sized insects. All bugs should be shorter in length than the width of space between the dragon's eyes.
The adult should be given 50 to 70 bugs per week. This can be split down into any way that is best for you and your dragon. I choose to give my adults 8 to 10 bugs each day.

thank you! Smiley i've been feeding them crickets three days a week and the adult she eats thirty in one sitting but i wasnt sure if i should feed them daily or if that was okay? i went to the pet store and they said they feed them crickets everyday. so i'm gonna slowly change their diets and give them less crickets in one sitting but three times a day and everyday.

The little one shouldn't be fed less. He/she should get as many as it wants in 15 minutes beginning immediately. They need tons of protein to grow properly.
The adult should only get about 50 or so bugs each week. She only needs to be fed once a day.
