a long time ago when my beardie was a babie he like broke of damaged a smal end of his tail and now hes doin fine with so yea is that bad should i take him to the vet it just looks kinda weird

If it is healed,  I'd say all is well.
Now on the other hand if it isn't healed, you do see fresh tissue, or blackening of the tissue, off to the Vet you should go.
