Not Eating as usual

I've had Iggy for about 7 months and have talked to his previous owner who did not have this problem. He gained a lot of weight and couldn't get into his hut so I noticed he was not eating.  He now fits! But for awhile now he is tossing his veggies around his aquarimum, letting his worms get away, keeps trying to climb the glass (seems restless).  He's 2 and he lets me hold him without a problem and loves the cats.  He seems to be awake a lot too.  Can anyone help?

I'd get a fecal exam done first off...

What temps are you measuring, and with what are they measured ?
What uvb are you using, how old is it ?
