Looks good but may I suggest that you dont have the music in the background in the middle of the video. I couldnt hear what you were saying at all.

I would suggest a couple of things.

A couple more egg crates for those roaches, try papering the sides too.. Roaches like darkness .
Also, offer the ends of the greens you give the dragon ( pretty baby), they like those too.

The worms look good too.. I see you used the carrots for water.. smart !

Delicious. How long did it take for your colony to get like that? I plan on ordering my starter roaches soon before I get my first beardie
