what should i expect to see her eating habits over the next few days to make sure she is getting back to normal?

this was her very first clutch 21 eggs but 1 was crushed when i found them in the lay box. I removed them ever so gently into sandwich containers with vermiculite in them i have no incubater yet as she just showed signs of gravidity 5 days ago i noticed her tummy bigger and her digging lots so i picked her up and felt like marbles, removed her from the tank with the male and put her in her own tank of vermiculite with a huggies box over one side with a cut opening then 2 days later voila i have a huge clutch of eggs.

Where i have put them for now is inside 2 sandwich containers in the tank i set another sandwich container with water inside the tank and have the basking light over it. But am not sure if that will be ok for a couple days till i can go out and buy the necessary items.  I think the vermiculite in the containers might be a bit dry so my ? there is can i use like a syringe and put water on the sides of the sandwich container away from the eggs?

Any other helpful hints or tips would be appreciated.

In the tank, as in the same tank as your dragon or are they in a separate tank?
You can drip water down the sides away from the eggs but be careful not to get the substrate too wet. Too much moisture will kill the eggs. You'll want to get them into an incubator asap. Direct dry heat like a light will provide will dry them out and kill them.
Are your dragons separated now? You'll need to keep the female away from the male completely to prevent her from being bred again. Are you prepared to care for the babies? She'll most likely have another clutch in about a month.

they are in a tank by themselves (the eggs) i am not sure if i can separate the male and female as i only have 2 three foot tanks and they house my german giant male in one and the regular male and female in the other

then i have a 2 foot terrarium that has the eggs in it and i have the beginner 12 inch terrarium that i used with the dragon i got as a baby

as long as i know what to do i should be able to care for the babies until they are the right age to trade to the pet store

she ate 5-6 dusted super worms today so far and a bit of dusted salad is that enough for her first day after laying or do i need to watch her more carefully

Let her eat her fill. She'll know when she's full.
She really needs to be separated from the male. These are solitary animals and keeping her with the male is going to allow her to be overbred, which can easily kill her.

Not to come off as harsh but if you cannot accommodate a separate enclosure for your female that is currently housed with the male, how do you expect to have several tanks, lights and other things for 20 or so babies?
