my baby is acting weird....

I'm not really sure what is wrong with my baby, grizzly, a 1 and 3 month old female.  For one, she's  acting like she can't see her food, and also, she is not very active AT ALL!!!  I figured maybe she was in burmation (I think that's how you spell it) and starting to come out, but maybe not.  As for her not seeing her food, I don't know.  A few months ago I took her out of her home and gave her a new one because my other dragon bit off the last inch of her tail, and got a ton of sand in her eyes.  We had to use saline solution to clean the sand out of her eyes as so the they wouldn't get scratched up.  She seemed fine, a little bit stressed, but fine.  Now, she is acting like she can't see her food out of her right eye.  I currently use a 100watt tight beam exo-terra sun glo basking light, 16 inches away from the bottom of the tank floor.  I haven't heard anything on whether they are bad for the sight of your dragon or not.  She is acting so weird.  I don't know whats wrong with her.  Some days she will eat her veggies and worms and crickets and some days she doesn't want to.  Lately, she hardly wants her greens.  Sorry this is so long but I just want some advice as to whats going on with her.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!  Thanx!!
