hi

what worms are alright to feed a beardie between 2-3months old? i heard that mealworms arent good, and i was gonna use silkworms but they look really scary and i dont think id be able to feed them to my beardie to be honest! marioworms? ive heard of them, but ive got no idea what they look like..are they ugly and big?

please help! Grin

Silkworms, hornworms, and pheonix worms all make good staples for a little guy. Silkworms are simply very soft, almost silky, catapillars. Morio worms are superworms, and they are not suitable for young dragons under 16" in length.

They're fine for every day. I would use the pw's only one feeding daily though. They're very high in calcium and too much can cause problems.

Silkworms are the best, easy to keep and easy to feed. Your Dragon will love them! Phoenix worms are high in calcium and you don't have to use the powered calcium if you feed your dragon these.
