My dragon has been staying in her basking rock all day pretty much is this normal? Her basking area is 118 degrees the rest of the cage is around 85 to around 100. Her UVB is above the basking rock about a foot away. I have her in a custom built tank she has been in it for about 3 days now. the tank is 3 by 2 by 18 high. I feed her in a her original 15 gallon tank so she can catch her food easier. What could be the problem?

She could just be adjusting to her new space but let's make sure. What type of thermometer are you using to measure her basking temp? What brand, rating, and bulb style is that UVB?

he has also stoped eating crickets or any protien at all. Im thinking since she is still only 7 inches or so i mite keep her in the little one for a while longer till she is atleast 10 inches then put her into her new one.

At a foot away she's getting little to no uvb rays. She needs to be about 6" from that reptisun when she's on the basking surface. She may be staying there to absorb what little is getting to her. Try lowering the light or raising the basking area to get her a bit closer and I'll be you'll see a difference.

The stress marks are fine. Any time something in their home changes even a little it can cause a bit of stress.

Lack of UVB and change in her environment can cause lack of appetite. Go over our caresheet to make sure everything else is just right for her and give her some time. She'll snap out of it.
