http://bearded-dragons.com/boards/index.php/topic,5676.0.html Here is a youtube video of the staple greens being implemented (Raphy absolutely adores Giant Red Mustard greens)
I rotate about 8 plants, 2 of Red Mustard, 2 of Mustard streaks, 1 of Rainbow chard (They're not huge fans of it, but its good for them), 1 of chicory just for variety and 2 of just plain old normal Mustard Greens. Simply let them graze on the plant, take it out the next day or so, and let it replenish over about 2 weeks. Very inexpensive. End result, a healthy bearded dragon who has no hydration problems or problems with BMs (lots of fibre in them thar plants)
Raphy is only 7-8 months old by the way and he's a big boy already

Gabby in the background is about 4 months old.
