Hi Guys,

Finally got around to getting pics of the new additions (Strophurus taenicauda). I have been after these guys for as long as i can remember and have finally been able to get myself a pair.

Male - George (he's a bit of a show of and more social than the female)

Female - Daisy (she's a bit more elusive and stand offish)

I love their eyes (Daisy)

Happy couple

Cheers,

Those are amazing.

My daughter asks, "Are they rare?"

LOL cheers Janie, I may now have a whole spare room to keep reptiles (still under negotiation with the wife). There may be more "rare" Australians down the track for show and tell so just keep your eyes peeled lol.

Peeled they are, but I am at max capacity for several years.. Perhaps once the dragons are gone, I'll be able to get some of those (pretties) out there...
Thanks as always for sharing..
