Took a few more pics of Moe the other day, thought I would share them. He is all settled in and seems to be happy. I finally figured out a way to feed him roaches and he loves them even more than my two BDs:)

His colors do change yes but very very slowly and over long periods of time. Its usually related to the colours of his surroundings. The saturation of his colors on the other hand can change very quickly. His colors get amazingly vibrant when he is mad or just wakes up. The browns and dark areas go almost purple and the greens get very very bright, it's beautiful to see. He is a very fascinating reptile. I am going to take some video footage of him eating one of these days, his tongue is around 1 foot long and he is very accurate with it Cheesy

He is awesome looking!!  I have always wanted a chameleon!!  Actually I am doing a PowerPoint presentation for my PowerPoint class and was wondering if you'd be willing to let me use some of your pictures of him for my presentation.  Also if you have any links of places to find good, accurate information about them, I'd love the links.  I am going to PM you this too, since link is a little old.  I am a procrastinator and its due tomorrow already.   Tongue Roll Eyes

Ohhhh, he is stunning! I would love to have one some day but I have heard they are pretty hard to take care of. Is this true?

They do require a lot of care yes. The most important aspect is the humidity. I heavily mist the enclosure twice a day and have a dripper going 24/7. once you have a setup and a routine it's not too bad. There are automatic misters which would make it very easy. Oh and they eat A LOT! Which means their enclosure gets messy pretty fast. They're worth it to me, absolutely fascinating!
