Xena's laid 4 eggs over the last 3 days and right now she's in her laybox scratching around.

And right now I'm hiding in my basement trying not to make too much noise in an effort not to disturb her.  I used to peek and see what progress she's made but with the difficulty she's had the last few times I'm not taking any chances.

It's the fifth.  I tried putting her and Kinky together to get her to stop the laying like last year but he had performance issues.

She came out but hadn't laid anymore although there was one in her enclosure.

I'm gonna check on something new that's being tried to see it's progress.  If it appears to be working for others, I'll send you the info.
If i remember right, when she started this..........she had no issues with laying at all.  It's only been recently.
And unfortunately, my guess is that her stores can't keep up with her body or uptake.  They're most likely only sustaining.

Her fat stores are gone.  I've been sitting down and hand feeding her because she seems to eat more that way.  And yes, when she started she had no issues at all with laying.

I'm hoping the new thing is working for others and I'll be grateful for any information.
