Construction questions

I've got the Great Stuff but I thought I would ask some questions first.

I'm putting in tile and I think I should put that in before the Great Stuff.?  Is that right or doesn't matter??  Do you apply the Great Stuff directly into the enclosure or do you make the 'furniture' out of the enclosure and then put it inside.?  Do you use molds with the Great Stuff to help get the shape you want?  Also, can you name some brands of sealant?  I've been having trouble finding that.

Alara, I would make the "furniture" outside of the enclosure.  For sealant I used Mod Podge which I found at Micheals'.  I made sure I used 6 layers of sealant , and the first 3 were mixed in with the grout.  All in all the "Castle" I made for Yardley is pretty awesome.  Check out the enclosure thread for the pictures Kazzy was kind enough to post for me !
