Eggs?

I hope I am posting to the proper area, but I have a question about females becoming Gravid.

How old are they normally before they start laying eggs?
Will a female who has never been in contact with a male still become gravid?

The reason I am asking is not because I think my female is gravid but, I am just curious to know when I should start watching for it.

Most females won't lay infertile clutches until after 18 months old, but I've had girls lay them as young as 9 months. Some never have eggs without being bred, and others will lay anywhere from one to many clutches each year. I know, not much help but it's really the best we can do because each and every female is different.

So basically it is wait and see (and Watch her).

I think she is big and long for her age (19" and 7 Month's old) and I just have a feeling that someday I am going to feel lumps when I rub her belly.
