I converted the buy now price to US. $1060! What do these retail for overseas? I could make a fortune breeding.

I am rarely speechless this is one of those times lol............seriously? does nz have some kind of import ban or something surely it would be cheaper to get an import broker to ship one in from internationally.

I don't believe there is any ban. Maybe its too hard to get them through customs? I really don't know, I doubt he will get that much for it.

I was reading about beardies not being exported from Aussie for years, maybe its the same situation?

Getting through customs is easy assuming you have the proper paperwork. It wouldn't suprise me at all if there is an export ban on their native wildlife (like Australia) but i'm not aware of any country that has a total import ban generally speaking they are two different things depending whether they are entering or leaving the country.

Maybe the auction and selling price is a fraud for some unseen reason.
