I envy you, living there where you can see them in their natural home. Australia is on my "must visit" list, but I'm afraid it's going to be quite a while before I can. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful country with us through all of your pictures.

How about a bit more motivation to visit Crystal (as i know it's cold and dreary up there at the moment).

Some more of the BDs "red desert" (you guys decide if it's a desert lol)









There are true red deserts with sand dunes in OZ but no BD lives there.

That looks a lot like our deserts in the US. My oldest brother lives in north central Washington state, and his mountain (literally - he owns most of it) looks almost exactly like those pictures.

When i was passing through there it actually reminded me of pics that i have seen of Arizona and monument valley lol. Those are from a place called Port Ausgusta in South Australia.
