My boys will be watching it, and I'll have to listen to it by default, but I've never been into the fights. The only type I watch at all is MMA, and only in person. My oldest is a regional champ for his weight class.

If this is the fights were two men are in a circular cage, then my son in law is extremely into this sport...  So he will probably watch it.  For me I am not into fights or wrestling and as for the main stream sports, I only like to see them in person.  The company that I retired from has seats right in front of Barry Bonds in the San Francisco arena.  I sat there many times.

Its so awesome that atleast you are aware of it.  I am orig from Fabulous Las Vegas so the fights are kinda in my blood.  When I was a young kid the best thing was watching Hearns, Haglerand Sugar Ray on Wide World of Sports sitting next to my dad on the couch.  To this day every time I watch I kinda feel like he is watching too. (He  is no longer with us.)

So I am right you are talking about the circular cage thing.  If so my son-in-law Rob will happy people over and pay to watch the big ones and he watches the training and competing shows on the off channels.  My other son in law, Jay likes to watch it too.  My poor daughters are stuck watching it with them and they actually know quite a bit.

Can't wait for the fights this Sat!  With Evans and Silva each only having a loss to the champ Machida, it should be a good main event.

I haven't checked out the rest of the card, but if it's a night like UFC 107 then it's going to be a night of good food, a little blood, and some screaming!

Happy New Year
