I am so excited because I got Beardie his 1st 40gal breeder today (Vera's is on back order). I am most excited to get started on the tiling so his self-esteem can raise seeing how all the other bds already have it. My ? is do you guys use a sub floor and if so, how thin can I go and what different materials have you used. Also, the pet store down the street had a 30g breeder for $120 and the new rep store had this 40g for $99.99. Is this a good price in your collective opinions.  Thank you in advance.

yes thats a good price 99.99 for a 40 breeder, i paid 79.99 for my 30 gallon breeder.

Thats what I paid for my 40 gal breeder and it came with a screen top as well.

No u don't have to use sub flooring to tile, it sticks great right to the glass
