Ok, so I'm new at this so I need some answers.... one of the 18 eggs is finally turning white and there are 4 left.... it looks like there are cracks in the top of three of them so i don't know if they will make it..... it have been 37 days since they were laid.... I will try to add a picture but my question is ..... is it normal for the eggs to not turn completely white and what could the cracking be from?

Those 3 eggs look like they're lost. What are you incubating them in? It looks like calcisand, which will smother them.

ive got to agree with crystal, those 3 eggs look like they dont have a chance and that calci sand is not a good incubation medium or a good substrate for any animal

Yes it is calci sand but just a thin layer on top so i can take it off.... under that is perlite because they supposedly don't sell vermiculite in some stores.... so still looking for that..... why would those three eggs do that? to dry at one time? any ideas?

More likely it's that they either weren't viable to begin with or they're not getting enough air flow with the calcisand around them. Perlite is fine for incubation and you don't need to put anything over it. The only good use for calcisand is to fill potholes.
