Ok, I have had my leo for about 2 years and have kept him in a 20 gallon long.  I purchased a large melamine double enclosure to house both my beardies but unfortunately one has passed.  I am considering putting my leo in the bottom level of the enclosure but am not sure about the heating.  I currently use a UTH on the underside of the aquarium but would using one be possible in this enclosure or would reptile bulbs be a better choice?  Any advice would be welcome.

question........can you re-stack the 2 enclosures or is it one unit?  As heat moves upward, it becomes a natural UTH for the top cage.
If not, you can inlay a piece of tile to position a UTH under.  Not a big fan of lights.......but they will work.  Use dark lights.....like black lights.

The enclosure is one unit.  Ok so I can place the UTH under the tile then that should work.  Thank you.
