Just kinda curious besides the size is than any difference between the 2 bulbs.  The reason I ask is I have one of each in different tanks and cuervo  (24") seems to like the light more than godiva (18")  when I switch the them into the others tank the same happens.

The only difference is the length of the bulb. Ideally, when using a tube UVB, it should span at least 3/4 the length of the enclosure.

I am curious about the uvb lights.  Mine does cover 2/3 but how close does it have to be to the BD for them to get the right amount.  The basking light takes up a lot of the room and is circular.  As a strip does it fill the whole VIV with its uvb?

A tube uvb will provide uvb rays through the entire enclosure. It's ideal for the dragon to be within about 6" of it while basking.
