I'm having some trouble

Hi Everyone, I'm having a bit of trouble understanding something.
I don't know if this is just my computer playing up or possibly the site.
This could be a question that the administrator can only answer but...anyways, I thought I still might ask you.
In the photo area and general area I can't click on zebrajanie (one of our nice mods, Janie) 's profile and her username is in black and her posts say that she's just a guest.
Also in other sections perfectly_flawed (one of our nice mods, Crystal) 's is the same.
Also Niki, flyman and some others are banned (by the looks) and then in other sections like feeding they're not.
I'm having ALOT of trouble understanding whats happening
