2 day newbie

so i was holding one of my bearded dragons and not really paying attention when he jumped out of my hand and ran behind my table.... it is very dusty back there and he went right through all of it. i got really nervous cause ive been reading that beardies can get sick easily so i rinsed him in water and picked off ever piece of lint on him then put him in water again... im just nervous cause hes only 4 to 5 weeks old .... should i be worried?
