Well, reading through that I have a few problems with it.
Baby food is something you never want to feed. Even as treats. They'll get addicted and fast, and even supplemented baby food is no good. Get some good Repashy Crested Gecko Diet (you can buy it in small containers at pet stores, or purchase in larger quantity, which is probably best, at a number of sites, this being the cheapest:
http://www.pangeareptile.com/products.htmSex can't really be told based on age, as they all grow in different ways. You'll need to look at the weight for the age. TYPICALLY a 15 gram gecko can be sexed, but is never guaranteed.
And, breeding...the eggs shouldn't be left in the enclosure. They could be turned, which would drown them, some substrates can be harmful for the eggs, and if they hatch with the parents, the parents will see them as food.
