Several weeks back I posted a thread, Cancer is stealing my best friend. Well last night it succeeded. Cathy died in her sleep, peacefully.
I love her like a sister, and I will miss her greatly.
Rest In Peace, Sister.

Thank you. I don't want to completely break down, but it sure is right on the brink. I can't even stay home tomorrow and grieve, I have to go to work, cause no one else is available. I had one walk out on me yesterday, and the other today, so folks that leaves just good ole reliable Janie. I did call to tell one of the Assistants, and she is going to try to find someone, but I rather doubt that will happen, so tonight I remember this wonderful woman, who took me in when I had no place to go, and is was my very best friend.
Consider this the need for your shoulder, Crystal, just a few tears, well, maybe more.... thanks.

I'm so sorry.
Remember she feels no pain now. Being a cancer survivor, I know she is in a better place. The "C" is terrible, but everything that they use to fight it makes it that much worse

Thank you all. I really appreciate this. I think , though I will just sorta shadow for the next few days, as all my energy is pretty much taken with the job right now, You know, God does answer prayers.

Crystal was kind enough to offer me some ways to get my own peace back, so now I'm back to my normal bubbly self, lol aside from the murders I want to commit at work  Just kidding honest ! Janie !
