I personally think it's a lil easier to keep the humidity level higher in all glass, but I have heard of some people keeping them in screen cages. I have mine in a glass w/ screen top and so far it's working good

Well, these require a good amount of humidity. I keep mine in glass tanks with screen lids, or in plastic tubs (not very pretty, but works). Screen CAN work, depending on the humidity where you live.

Ah, yea i figured as much. My moms boyfriend wants to get a reptile that he can build a cage for out of wood (like a beardie). Just thought a gecko would be easier for them to keep, but then he wouldnt be able to have the project of making a nice wood cage. So, so far beardie is looking like their best bet! Thanks!

Im not one be personaly into gecko's but the cresties look awesome, specialy the eyelash kinda things... it reminds me of the penguin in surfs up lol..
