The problem with nutrobal is that it is not only a calcium supplement, it also contains multivits, although in much smaller quantities. Most people on this forum use seperate calcium and multivit supplements (using the calcium 6 days a week and the multivits once). All I use is nutrabol, 7 days a week. It's not necassarily the best thing to do, but my BD has done fine on it so far
